I didn't start out trying to build Notion systems for a living. I started because I was the person with six different apps open at once — one for tasks, one for notes, one half-used habit tracker, a spreadsheet for money, and a growing sense that I was managing my tools more than I was managing my actual work.
Notion was supposed to fix that. For a while, it just became app number seven — another place to organize, and another thing I stopped opening after a week.
What I actually do here
I build Notion systems paired with AI workflows — mainly Claude and ChatGPT — for freelancers and creators who want fewer tools, not more features. Every template I sell, I use myself first. If it doesn't survive my own busy weeks, it doesn't go up on the shop.
That's also why the blog exists. Before I ask anyone to buy a system, I write about the actual problem it solves and how I got there — including the versions that didn't work, because those are usually more honest than the ones that did.
Why "Calm. Create. Manifest."
It's less a slogan and more the order things need to happen in. Calm before create — a cluttered, overwhelming system doesn't help anyone make anything. Create before manifest — the systems here are meant to clear enough space that the actual work (writing, building, freelancing, shipping) can happen without twelve tabs open.
What you can expect from this site
- No inflated claims about overnight results — I'd rather undersell and have the template actually work for you.
- Every blog post is written from something I genuinely tried, not a repackaged listicle.
- Every paid template has been used in my own work before it was ever listed.
